2/27-3/3 – Installation

• Drilled holes in roof for 3rd panel. Inserted bolts and sealed holes
• Mounted angle brackets to panels
• Mounted solar panels to bolts in roof.
• Inserted and sealed the watertight feed-throughs for PV wires
• Secured PV wires to roof with mounting squares
• Wired panels to charge controller through conduit
• Completed wiring between charge controller, batteries, and inverter, except for missing battery-inverter fuse
• Mounted inverter and charge controller
• Grounded inverter and charge controller
• Secured batteries in their box
• Wired inverter to junction box via SJOOW cord and plug
• Fed wire through conduit, connected to junction box, and fed conduit through trailer floor (and sealed hole)

2/28/17 Meeting with Dr. Bazzi:

• Follow the 100 A 60C rating because our Fuse L will never reach 90C. No bigger than 100 A because the nominal current from the D.C. side is around 80A. 
• We need a crimp because solder wont bond well with aluminum connector that we purchased OR return aluminum connector and replace it with
