This week we finished integrating our sound-activated start and extinguishing system into our navigation stack. We are preparing to compete in the contest, which takes place this upcoming weekend, Saturday April 2 and Sunday April 3. In designing our robot, we sacrificed speed for intelligence, which will likely impact our performance in the contest, but we are pleased with it’s level of intelligence. Up until the day of the contest we will continue to fine tune our parameters and test the functionality of our robot.
