The proposed Senior Design Project will have the team develop the concept into a fully functional prototype that will be worn by a subject for a proof-of-concept evaluation. The development process is likely to include consideration of various mechanisms to drive the motion, CAD modeling, hardware design, and creation of physical models. In developing the concept the team must also consider issues relevant to future commercialization including component cost, ease of use, device safety, etc.
